Our Objectives
We are a team of very special people who are committed to providing the best possible care to our clients. Our Direct Support Providers are compassionate, dedicated and trained individuals who are highly motivated to work with families who are blessed with “Special Needs People”
AZ Care Providers plans to set a standard in Arizona, of not only acquiring the services of professional providers but also to train and encourage newcomers into being Care Providers. Students from High Schools, Colleges and Universities will be employed to join us in our mission to provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities, thereby training the younger generation to respect and treat individuals with special needs as a part of their daily lives.
At present the major concern is turnover of trained personnel in this field. We aim to attract qualified, committed and professional people by offering them salaries and benefits inorder for them to feel that they are adequately compensated for the important job that they do and also for the agency to retain trained and competent employees. We will pay our providers on time, ensure that the rates they get are very competitive and also assist them to take care of their taxes and exemptions. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
